Who we are
Real Safety. Real Readiness. Local Experience You Can Trust.
Rubicon Ready was built on a simple idea: Most safety checks stop at the minimum — we go beyond.
I’m Kyle Stewart, a retired Battalion Chief, firefighter, and critical care paramedic with over 20 years of frontline emergency service. I’ve seen, up close, what happens when homes, businesses, and families think they’re “covered” — but they’re not really ready.
Rubicon Ready exists to close that gap.
We help homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and small business owners in Utah get real-world emergency readiness — not just a generic fire extinguisher tag or a city inspection that barely looks deeper.
What We Do
We inspect homes, rentals, and small businesses for risks most people miss — from wildfire threats to clutter, exits, hazardous storage, trip hazards, and compliance issues.
Every inspection comes with:
✔️ A clear, easy-to-understand report
✔️ Photos and notes — no guesswork
✔️ An insurance-ready certificate you can show your agent or guests
No scare tactics. No unnecessary upsells—just honest, practical help from someone who knows what can happen when you don’t prepare.
Why Rubicon Ready?
Crossing the Rubicon means there’s no turning back — that’s how real safety should work. Once you know what to fix, you’re ready for whatever comes.
Our Promise
When you hire Rubicon Ready, you get more than a checklist.
You get a real plan, backed by experience, so you can protect what matters most — your family, your property, your livelihood.
